Garmin GPS 1:24K Map microSD Card

I've had my Garmin 60CSx for years.  In the past, I had to download higher resolution TOPO maps to it using their MapSource application.  Once on the GPS, no need to ever do it again, so I lost track of progress.

Curiosity got to me on "technology updates," and I wandered out to the Garmin site the other day to discover that they have very high resolution 1:24k maps on a card I could insert directly into the GPS!  This was significantly better resolution than the MapSource, so I ordered the chip.

Heads up... you can download or order.  It's cheaper to just order since they send it to you on the 4GB chip required.  Otherwise, you get to buy both the chip and the software.

Got it and popped it in.  No installation other than inserting the chip behind the batteries.  Well worth it!
